To ensure fairness and quality assurance, returns and refunds will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, exactly as shipped, with no signs of wear, use, or damage.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of your intent to return the item.
- The returned item must be received by us within 20 working days from the date it was delivered to you.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return, including international shipping fees, insurance, and packaging precautions to ensure the item’s safe arrival.
- If the returned item does not meet our return policy guidelines, we will be unable to process the return, and the order will be shipped back to you.
Custom Orders & Refund Policy
- Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If a custom order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos and supporting documentation. In such cases, we will either issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement.
- If a custom order is not damaged, we regret that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds, as these items are specially crafted to individual specifications.

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
- For damaged or faulty goods, please contact us immediately with supporting photos. While we ensure thorough quality checks, any genuine faults will be handled with care. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 14 business days.
International Shipping Considerations
As we ship globally, please be aware that international return shipping can take additional time and may be subject to customs fees. Customers are advised to carefully package and insure their return shipments to avoid damage or loss during transit. Heritage Legend cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
