How much does shipping cost?

How long does shipping take?
a. Standard Orders: 7-14 business days (DHL/Express Courier)
b. Custom Thangkas: 30-45 days (Hand-Painted + Blessing Ritual)

Address Changes & Incorrect Information
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the address.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Return & Exchange Policy

Custom Orders & Refund Policy
a. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
b. If a custom order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos and supporting documentation. In such cases, we will either issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement.
c. If a custom order is not damaged, we regret that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds, as these items are specially crafted to individual specifications.

Yes, traditional Thangkas are designed to be rolled. However, to prevent creasing or damage, store them in a dry, safe environment with a protective cover.
